Coming from humble beginnings in Youngstown, Ohio with a university background in marketing, Ronn Nicolli came to Las Vegas to pursue a dream of owning his own personal fitness business. Instead, after meeting Victor Drai and Jesse Waits, Nicolli was inspired by a different soon-to-be passion.
In 2005, Nicolli began his career as a promotions host at La Bête Nightclub. His marketing prowess was immediately evident, and he quickly became one of Las Vegas nightlife’s most respected and influential marketing minds. He has continued to make professional strides ever since.
In 2015, Vegas Inc. honored Nicolli at its “40 Under 40” award show for his work as a former marketing executive for Wynn Nightlife. At Wynn, Nicolli had created and developed exclusive marketing collateral and assets for the venues, DJs, plus branded parties and concepts, while lending a hand in all creative direction. Nicolli also took on the initiative to help launch and run a new experiential marketing team, which focused on capturing the younger demographic’s experience-based desires.
Outside of the nightlife world, Nicolli assisted in efforts towards charity and community affairs, most notably contributing to the property-wide involvement with the local Peterson Elementary School. Nicolli also helped launch the relationship between the resort and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, including granting a wish for a Vegas teen.
Following his time at Wynn Nightlife, Nicolli had the opportunity to take the position as the SVP of Creative Strategy at Palms Las Vegas. He joined the team just 5 months prior to the re-opening of the property, including the launch of a new mega club KAOS, which allowed him to utilize and expand his marketing background on a property-wide level.
Most recently, Nicolli has been speaking to and inspiring audiences across the U.S. about running a marketing team that creates 100% of its creative content in-house, a skillset that is truly unique in the live event and nightclub industry. In February of 2020, Ronn took the position of Vice President of Marketing for Zouk Group , and will be part of the core leadership team that will launch the Zouk group in the Las Vegas market at Resort World Lasvegas. In Nicolli’s free time, he is a family man, dedicated to his wife, Monika and two daughters, Ella and Ivy.
