Hui Lim
Hui Lim is the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of the Genting Group and the Executive Chairman for the Zouk Group. He is the son of Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay (Chairman of the Genting Group and son of Genting’s founder, Lim Goh Tong) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Lim Goh Tong, a family foundation set up for charitable purposes.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lim had embarked on an investment banking career with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. He holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University, a Master’s Degree in International Marketing Management from Regents Business School London and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Computer Science from the Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

Andrew Li
As Vice President of the Lifestyle and F&B Concepts department at Genting HK and Executive Chairman of Zouk, Andrew Li is tasked with creating a lifestyle platform by leveraging on the 27-year-old Zouk brand that will encompass all aspects of food, beverage and entertainment and elevate it to a global presence. Having curated many high-profile nightclubs and music festivals, Andrew aims to add F&B, retail and in the future even hospitality (by way of hotels) to compliment the brand’s offerings. In 2015, Andrew spearheaded BEATSHIP, a monthly all-night beach club party held on the Superstar Virgo, which was met with great success in the Hong Kong market.
Andrew brings to the role a wealth of lifestyle, F&B and hospitality experience from a variety of positions at high-profile companies. Most recently, Andrew was COO of Privé Group in Hong Kong, a premier lifestyle F&B concepts group encompassing an extensive portfolio of food and entertainment establishments including Michelin-starred restaurant NUR, Bungalow (nightclub), LEVELS (nightclub), AMAZAKE (Japanese izakaya) and Common Room (gastrobar). Previously, he also worked with the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and Como Hotel and Resorts internationally.
A graduate of Durham University in the United Kingdom, Andrew completed further studies at the Beijing Language and Culture University.

Alex Phua
Alex Phua is the Chief Financial Officer of the Zouk Group and the Country Head for Singapore. Alex manages the Group’s HQ and is tasked to spearhead the Group’s growth strategies together with the Executive Chairman and CEO. Since joining the Group in 2018, Alex led the Group’s first major acquisition in the F&B Industry by bringing Five Guys to the Singapore and Malaysia markets, and the Group’s first entry into the Retail Industry through a newly created product line that is now retailing in major supermarkets in Singapore.
Alex started his career with a Big 4 firm, KPMG, and specialised in the Consumer, Retail, Telecommunications, Real Estate, F&B, Education and Hospitality industries. He managed a portfolio of both listed and non-listed clients such as Adidas, Huawei, Carlsberg, Takashimaya, NUS and Bukit Sembawang etc. He was the President of a Committee that was responsible for the firm’s talent and people strategies and as part of the firm’s Hi-Po programme, Alex was also seconded to New Zealand for a stint with the Government of New Zealand. After 7 years with KPMG, Alex joined Everstone Capital, a leading international private equity and real estate investment firm with assets in New York, London, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Mauritius. At Everstone Capital, Alex managed businesses in the firm’s F&B portfolio that included the likes of Burger King, Dominos, Harry’s and Massive Restaurants.
Alex is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), a Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. He sits on the CFO Committee and the Young Finance Leaders Committee of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Wayne Lee
Wayne Lee is the General Manager of Zouk Singapore as of January 2017. A self-professed audiophile who started clubbing at Zouk since the age of 18, Lee felt a sense of belonging to the brand as a regular and joined the team when the opportunity was offered in 2011. Currently heading into his seventh year with the locally established club, Lee has helmed several roles from music programming to operations.
Having seen Zouk through the acquisition by Genting Hong Kong and the move to Clarke Quay, Lee strongly believes that Zouk will continue to be the frontrunner of the clubbing scene in Singapore due its soul, adaptability and flexibility in offering a spectrum of sounds and experiences. As the newly appointed General Manager of Zouk Singapore, Lee’s duties revolve around assuring all staff needs are met and ensuring the upkeep of high standards of overall experience including service, music and ambience. Braced with a straightforward philosophy of always focusing on the solution instead of the issue, Lee aims to continue building the brand as a world renowned and forward-thinking dance music institution, and create a new era of experiences for all of Zouk’s revellers.

Ronn Nicolli

John Langan
With eighteen years of experience internationally in marketing and entertainment, John Langan has shown a flair for predicting trends, and creating venues which consistently resonate with the region’s lifestyle tastemakers and the jetset. At the age of 26, Langan successfully co-founded a branding and digital consultancy catering to clients including Moet-Hennessy Diageo, Far East Hospitality and the Singapore Government and soonafter opened his first nightclub: Filter. Filter redefined the Singapore VIP nightlife experience attracting celebrities, fashionistas, and the region’s elite while receiving global accolades. He continued his success in Singapore and across the causeway in Kuala Lumpur from 2010 and 2016, churning out a stream of the region’s most talked about nightlife destinations – Mink, Fenix Room, Providence, Bang Bang & Suite26. His portfolio also consisted of several F&B projects which Langan co-owned and set up including the Singapore franchises for Vatos Urban Tacos (Seoul, Korea) and Naughty Nuri’s Warung (Bali, Indonesia) both to widespread anticipation and acclaim.
Langan is of half Taiwanese, half American descent and has lived and worked in Asia for the past fourteen years. Growing up in California just an hour outside of Silicon Valley, he received his Bachelors of Science degree from UCLA in Psychobiology, and completed further studies at the National University of Singapore and East China Normal University in Shanghai.
Since joining Zouk & Genting Hong Kong in early 2017, Langan’s focus has been on product engineering, global expansion, and lifestyle programming.
