Singapore, June 2023 – Zouk Group is proud to announce a partnership with Belluna to open the doors to Zouk Tokyo, located in the heart of Tokyo’s glitzy Ginza district. Presenting an all-encompassing lifestyle and hospitality destination under one roof, immerse in a vast array of entertainment options, from a boutique hotel, spa, and restaurants to karaoke rooms and a multi-floor club helmed by world renowned Zouk Group.
Zouk’s groundbreaking new club concept will take residence in the prestigious Granbell Square, a remarkable property owned by the illustrious Granbell Hotel Group. Spanning an impressive 13 floors, this exceptional venue will feature a magnificent rooftop space, a luxurious spa and sauna, opulent hotel accommodations, exquisite restaurants, and an extraordinary nightclub.
This latest project signifies yet another stride towards Zouk Group’s promise for a realm of nightlife excellence. Completed with fine dining, retail, and unparalleled hospitality services under their fast-growing umbrella of offerings, Zouk Tokyo takes another step towards expanding the Group’s global scale.
Granbell Hotel Group is the proud owner and operator of multiple hotel chains across Japan and the world, including Hawaii, the Maldives and Sri Lanka. The Granbell Square finds its address at Corridor Street of Ginza, Japan’s number one luxury shopping district, surrounded by upmarket shopping boutiques, fine dining restaurants, trendy bar spots and now, an upscale club.
This collaboration seeks to inject the glittering nightlife experiences that Zouk Group is known for into Ginza, one of Japan’s most coveted addresses. The Belluna Group’s top-notch hospitality and services make them the ideal collaborator for this project to ensure the world-class standards are upheld.

Alongside Zouk Tokyo, plans have been laid in place for Zouk LA in partnership with sbe, in which the Zoup Group will take its brand of after-dark excitement to the bright lights of Los Angeles. Zouk LA will come alive in the former sbe nightclub, Nightingale, located on La Cienega in West Hollywood. Zouk LA will bring yet another iteration of Zouk Group’s signature experience to stand among some of the best nightlife destinations in the world.
The 6,500 sq ft space will be redesigned by Christian Schulz and his team at the award-winning boutique design agency, Studio Collective. It will recreate the spatial energy of its global Zouk Group counterparts by embracing heightened design features through unparalleled production elements. The space will be adorned with distinct finishes and dynamic lighting to inspire an air of luxury. Evocative of free-flowing decadence and glamor, Zouk LA will feature steeped profile details, sumptuous curved seating and faceted chandeliers. The end result is a purposeful, luxurious nightclub that will transport partygoers and elicit the full kinetic impact through the visual, physical and sensual experiences.
These expansions looking towards both East and West follow in the heels of Zouk Las Vegas, launched last year, as the locally established group makes fast strides towards their ambitious vision to establish an international presence as a reputed hospitality and entertainment brand. Beginning as local brand in Singapore and Malaysia 31 years ago, Zouk Group is eyeing great new heights as it takes on the world stage to propel Singapore onto the global nightlife map.
